I haven't really shared, but these last two weeks have been sort of difficult.
We've had two major close-family-member illnesses coupled with the anniversary of my father's death, and it's thrown the extremely delicate balance that is our lives a little bit off kilter.
All that to say, I have been rearranging priorities during the past two weeks to do some accommodating while we visit ailing relatives or cover hours at the club. Needless to say, I haven't been out and about much in the virtual world, but I do have a few gems to share:
This Heavenly Life: Worry and Light
Delighting in the Days: Becoming a Better Mother: Encouragement
Peanut Butter in My Hair: Her, At Four
Adventures in Babywearing: To Disappear
And something straight from my heart, probably the most honest, intense prose I've ever penned: There are no Coincidences.
Have a beautiful weekend, friends. And to those who are celebrating their first Sabbath this Sunday, I'm pulling for you!
